Adam Luysterborghs: Managing Director
Mr. Luysterborghs has ten years of experience in investment banking, trading, import-export activities, operations management and consulting. Mr. Luysterborghs has founded and directed four successful consulting practices focusing on such fields as asset based lending, commercial real estate lending, complex structured finance transactions, debt arbitration, merger & acquisition advisory, equity trading, purchase order finance and factoring. Mr. Luysterborghs received a Bachelors Degree in Economic Theory from The American University in Washington DC and holds numerous professional licenses.

Hasan Hasic: Commercial Development
Mr. Hasic has ten years experience in management consulting, turnaround management, import export activities and operations management. In addition to working as an outside consultant to numerous established and start-up businesses, Mr. Hasic has managed process development at several firms in industries such as insurance, telecommunications and engineering in Western European markets.
He has also worked as the Chief Operating Officer for a private pre-IPO import-export company with revenues in excess of $40m. Mr. Hasic received a Bachelors Degree in International Business & Finance from The American University in Washington DC and holds numerous professional licenses.

Jonathan Carter: Real Estate Finance & Liquidations
Mr. Carter has ten years of experience in turnaround management, real estate and banking. He headed the team that dismantled Mortgage.com, one of South Florida's larger financial disasters. Mr. Carter has a unique ability to evaluate credit from the standpoint of a business manager, banker and liquidator.
He has reorganized and/or liquidated companies in the areas of software, electrical parts manufacturing and distribution, hospital and medical management, mortgage banking, hardware manufacturing and distribution and retail. Mr. Carter received a Bachelors Degree in Economics from The American University in Washington DC, an MBA from The University of Miami, and holds numerous professional licenses.

Doug Friedenberg: Equity Markets
Mr. Friedenberg has spent his entire career in all aspects of the securities markets. He worked at Morgan Stanley from 1983 to 1991. At Morgan, his experience included sales to mid-sized institutions and high net worth individuals, and later, portfolio management for wealthy individuals. From 1991 to 1996, he managed a hedge fund using a convertible arbitrage strategy. He has served on several corporate boards and structured numerous financings for smaller companies. Most recently, he has served as a financial consultant to a private family office and at several private and public companies, and he continues to manage his family assets.

Gary Adams: Collections & Liquidations
Mr. Adams is Founder and President of ARMSCO, an accounts receivable outsourcing and collection agency based in Englewood, Florida. Since 1985, ARMSCO has been providing cash flow management and debt recovery solutions to domestic and international credit grantors. Highly developed problem-solving and negotiating skills have allowed Adams to recover more than one-hundred million dollars for his clients.
He manages the collection litigation activities of more than 100 attorneys nationwide. Mr. Adams carries his industry's highest certification in Collection Business Management, has authored several collection practice manuals, established and managed a consumer finance company and has been principal contributor to the design and testing of three commercial software packages. His company is active in ACA International and the International Association of Commercial Collectors.
